There is a $100 travel fee for events booked in Big Sky or Paradise Valley
Balloon Decor
Due to the endless possibilities of ballon design, we cannot list all variations. The items listed are for inspiration and to give a general outline of our pricing. Feel free to share inspirational photos during our consult call! We have a knack for design and will ensure your satisfaction.
Uniform Balloon Garland
This style of garland contains 3 - 4 colors and the balloons are all the same size.
$12 per foot
Organic Balloon Garland
This style of garland contains up to 5 colors and the balloons are various sizes.
$20 per foot
Balloon column
Choose between 4, 6, and 8-foot vertical columns. Up to 4 colors with balloons in the same OR various sizes. Standard topper included in the cost.
$60 for 4ft, $90 for 6ft, or $120 for 8ft
Uniform Balloon Arch
An arch is like a garland but structured and free-standing containing 3 - 4 colors of balloons all the same size. The arch is 8.5 ft tall and 11 ft wide.

Organic Balloon Arch
An arch is like a garland but structured and free-standing. This contains up to 5 colors and the balloons are of various sizes. The arch is 8.5 ft tall and 11 ft wide.

Balloon Wall
A balloon wall is a backdrop of balloons in a minimum 6ft x 6ft arrangement. Typically containing 4-6 colors with the possibility of specialty balloons.

Backdrops and Stands
These give your balloon garlands structure and set the perfect scene for photos. We can rent single and multi-colored fringe walls, plain metal stands, customizable rounded-top backdrops, and cake pedestals. Please inquire if you have something else in mind.

Party or Event Planning
Are you in charge of hosting a birthday party, baby shower, corporate event, retirement party, open house, or bachelorette? We would love to help you design a gathering that meets and exceeds the expectations of those attending. In our consult call, we will ask for all of the details and determine how much or how little you want Big Sky Party Pros involved.
Basic Event Planning
We will agree on a budget and scope in the consult call to determine the target hours for your individual needs.
Day of Coordination and Presence
This is subject to availability and must be determined and agreed upon in our consult call.
Multi-Day Events
This type of service could include family reunions, corporate retreats, girls’ weekends, etc. Due to the planning and follow-up efforts that are required in coordinating multi-day events, the event budget and scope will determine our cost.
Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties
Big Sky Country is an idyllic location to throw a final bash before the wedding bells. Our team can help build an itinerary, curate a theme, decorate your vacation rental, fill the fridge with groceries, and leave you to enjoy the mountains and rivers! We can discuss the extent of our involvement and budget in your consult call.
Fridge Stock Service
We will determine a budget and grocery list, gather everything, and deliver it to your vacation rental or event space. You are responsible for the cost of groceries and supplies.
Itinerary (as a stand-alone offering)
We work together to write the itinerary, then Big Sky Party Pros designs it for distribution, books the reservations, and coordinates any vendors.
