We always strive to leave a space better than we found it!

Absolutely! We love bringing your unique ideas to life. Specific color palettes or unique themes, our team has the creativity and resources to deliver personalized designs. Think of us like the magicians who make your vision come to life
Do you use helium for your balloon arrangements?
Yes, we do use helium when requested or for specific designs. We treat our balloons with hi-float and use pure helium to help them last longer. Helium isn’t always necessary and most of our displays don’t use helium!
How early do I need to book?
While we can’t guarantee any date without a deposit, typically we request at least 2 weeks to confirm a booking. This avoids rush fees and ensures we can meet your expectations.

Our business is based in Bozeman! Big Sky Party Pros is named after Big Sky Country. We service Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, Livingston, Paradise Valley, Three Forks, and really wherever you need us!
How long will the balloons last?
Our balloons are durable and can last several days, depending on the environment. For longer-lasting displays, we have options that don’t rely on helium, as helium-filled balloons can lose float time sooner. Indoors, our designs typically last longer than outdoor installations.
What happens to the balloons after the event?
Our team can dispose of the balloons if you truly want a hands-off experience. We encourage responsible disposal methods. We provide information on how to properly dispose of them after use. Our goal is to keep your event memorable and minimize its environmental impact.
Do you offer packages for events?
Yes! We can bundle offerings and create a package custom to your needs.
Do you have any budget-friendly options?
Yes! We are glad to offer pick up options or DIY balloon kits in your requested colors. These options avoids a delivery and installation fee but ensures you’re getting quality materials and a custom experience.
