Balloon Decor
Due to the endless possibilities of ballon design, we cannot list all variations. The items listed are for inspiration and to give a general outline. Feel free to share inspirational photos during our consult call! We have a knack for design and will ensure your satisfaction.
Our balloon garlands generally run between $20-$25 per linear foot
Uniform Balloon Garland
This style of garland contains 3 - 4 colors and the balloons are all the same size.
Organic Balloon Garland
This style of garland contains up to 5 colors and the balloons are various sizes.
Deluxe Organic Balloon Garland
This style of garland contains up to 5 colors and the balloons are various sizes. We add on starbursts, numbers, letters, or other fun foils to make the garland extra playful.
Balloon column
Choose between 4, 6, and 8-foot vertical columns. Up to 4 colors with balloons in the same OR various sizes. Standard topper included in the cost. Starts at $90
Uniform Balloon Arch
An arch is like a garland but structured and free-standing containing 3 - 4 colors of balloons all the same size. The arch is tall enough to walk under. We can do 8ft, 10ft or 15ft wide. Arch stand rental included in cost. Starts at $400
Organic Balloon Arch
An arch is like a garland but structured and free-standing. This contains up to 5 colors and the balloons are of various sizes. The arch is tall enough to walk under. We offer 8ft, 10ft, or 15ft wide. Arch stand rental included in cost. Starts at $425
Balloon Wall
A balloon wall is a backdrop of balloons in a minimum 6ft x 6ft arrangement. Typically containing 4-6 colors with the possibility of specialty balloons. We also offer square foil balloon walls - message us for details! Starts at $600
Helium
We offer bouquets of helium balloons as well as jumbo helium balloons. Ask us about our custom tassels we can add to any large helium balloons!
Balloon Drop
Just like you see in the movies! Great for big celebrations, countdowns, etc. Availability depends on venue. Installs can range from 250 - 1000+ balloons. Starts at $500
Rentals
Backdrops
These give your balloon garlands structure and set the perfect scene for photos. We can rent plain colors, single and multi-colored fringe walls, metal stands, customizable rounded-top backdrops, and more! Please inquire if you have something else in mind.
Marquee Letters + Numbers
Grab your guests attention with these statement pieces. All marquees are white, battery operated, and 4 ft tall. Add a balloon garland to make it a focal point. Great for brand activations!
Cake Pedestals
Give the star of the show a moment! Our tiered cake pedestals compliment a backdrop and balloon display.
Snack Stations and Food Displays
We offer acrylic risers, drink dispensers, serving utensils, serving trays, and more.
Party or Event Planning
Are you in charge of hosting a birthday party, baby shower, corporate event, retirement party, open house, or bachelorette? We would love to help you design a gathering that meets and exceeds the expectations of those attending. In our consult call, we will ask for all of the details and determine how much or how little you want Big Sky Party Pros involved.
Basic Event Planning
We will agree on a budget and scope in the consult call to determine the target hours for your individual needs.
Day of Coordination and Presence
This is subject to availability and must be determined and agreed upon in our consult call.
Multi-Day Events
This type of service could include family reunions, corporate retreats, girls’ weekends, etc. Due to the planning and follow-up efforts that are required in coordinating multi-day events, the event budget and scope will determine our cost.
Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties
Big Sky Country is an idyllic location to celebrate finding your forever person. Our team can help build an itinerary, nail down a theme, decorate your vacation rental, fill the fridge with groceries, and leave you to enjoy the mountains and rivers! We can discuss the extent of our involvement and budget in your consult call.
